This new phase of the project investigates the multidimensional relationship between the Ptolemaic kingdom and Rome, focusing on the direct and indirect cultural, economic, social, as well as political and institutional interactions between these two worlds. The overall conception of the project will remain as previously defined, as participants considered the existing framework highly successful. The inaugural meeting of the project members will take place in November 2026, and the first international workshop is scheduled for October 2027.
