Ourania Anastasiou was awarded a BSc degree in Pre-School Education and Care from the Pedagogical Department of Preschool Education and Care, The University of Thessaly, where she completed her studies in 2009 with honors. In 2011, she was awarded a Master’s degree in Special Education with distinction from the University of Nicosia. Today, she is a PhD student at the European University of Cyprus. Her research interests focus on school readiness and issues related to monitoring quality of Preschool Education. She has work experience in public and private schools in Greece as a pre-school educator.
