Marianna Efstathiadou has a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction – Early Childhood Education. She worked as a Kindergarten teacher in the United States in 2001-2002/2003-2004 and in Cyprus between 2004-2007. In 2008, she started working at European University Cyprus as a Special Teaching Personnel (Instructor), at the School of Education Sciences, European University Cyprus. Since that time, she is the Coordinator of the School Teaching Practice of Early Childhood Education. Her research interests include school teaching practices in Early Childhood Education, teacher education, professional development teacher planning in relation to all domains of early childhood. Her research work, in cooperation with other colleagues have been presented in international conferences.
