Elena Stylianidou has a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s degree in Special and Inclusive Education from European University Cyprus. She has acquired a broad range of knowledge and skills in the field of education, especially in the field of kindergarten and Special and Inclusive Education. Since 2023, she has been working at European University Cyprus as a researcher on a a European-funded research project related to STEM and entrepreneurship activities focusing on students with fewer learning opportunities. Her research interests also focus on the transition of educators from academia to the workforce, exploring required skills, skills developed in university, the functioning of the educational system, and challenges encountered in the professional realm.
