11 October 2021, 16:00-19:00 (EEST)

.

Τhis one-day conference will constitute the closing event organized as part of the ERASMUS+ RECITE (Research Circulation in Teacher Education) project (https://recite.dk/)

With the closure of the RECITE project, the Keynote Speech by Prof. Loizos Symeou (EUC Vice-Rector of Academic Affairs) aims to open a discussion regarding the importance of parent/family involvement in the process of circulating research in education. Additionally, each partner country (Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Germany, Norway, Cyprus) will present their local action plans designed and implemented in their effort to address the theme of the project (circulating research in education). More specifically, the presentations will make a clear connection between the action plans and the transnational guidelines for research governance produced through RECITE and aim to strengthen quality of teaching in schools by guidance on how to establish sustainable collaboration between municipalities, research departments, teacher education and schools, enhancing the possibilities for knowledge flow and spread between the different fields and between a macro and a micro level.
